Bach or holiday home | Onetangi | #11638
2 minutes walk from a private beach, this architecturally designed cottage is surrounded by bush, orchard and farmland with beautiful views over Onetangi Bay.
The private beach is a short walk away down a farm road and is perfect for swimming and lazing under a pohutukawa tree. If you're feeling energetic there are 18 hectares of coastal farm and native bush to walk over and explore.
The house is ideal for a romantic hideaway for two, or a relaxing holiday away from it all for a small group or family. You feel miles from anywhere although Onetangi and Palm Beach are just a short walk or a five minute drive away, and the supermarket, Ostend weekend markets, wineries and cafes are also close by.
The property is down a 1km unsealed driveway and you need to bring your own car (4WD preferable). Detailed directions will be provided when you book.
There is a second two bedroom house on the property (see listing #11503) available for rent. Both houses are very private but within close walking distance of each other.

A lovely quiet place to relax in. Lovely sea views. A short walk down hill to a private beach or a short drive to Onetangi Beach with great swimming, beach walk or a coffee. The house is small but very comfortable and well equipped and we enjoyed our Christmas here. Not so sure about the 5.30am wake up call from the local roosters though.
