Apartment has an open plan lounge area, gallery kitchen and dining area, all with lake views. Downstairs queen bedroom has own en-suite. While the mezzanine floor includes a king size bedroom and a third bedroom with twin single beds, both with balconies and lake views, and second bathroom. Portacot, with mattress and linen available.

Special conditions: Two nights minimum stay. Check out 11am, check in 3pm (negotiable upon request). Special rates apply for popular events/sporting weekends and public and school holidays. Negotiable rates for longer stays. Smoking outside only. A cleaning fee of $80 applies to all bookings (which ensures all beds are made up, clean towels available and apartment kept to a clean and tidy standard for all new guests). Please be considerate of neighbours e.g. keep noise levels down

  • Fantastic property

    Fantastic property. We are already planning when we can came back and stay again. We loved the house, wonderful views, great outdoor area, very clean and tidy, perfect location for heading into town or just heading to the lake. Can't wait to go back!

  • This is a great property with a stunning lakeside view

    This is a great property with a stunning lakeside view. The house is well appointed with all the necessary appliances/utensils. The living space is beautiful with a great living room, dining room, and outdoor dining table w/ BBQ. Very well laid out and ideal for families. It is drive into Taupo itself, which means it is a quiet, private location.

    Location was amazing, with unobstructed views across Lake Taupo back to town, great sun, private & gated complex with excellent parking for the boat and car as well. Easy walk to good cafes, 1 minute from the boat ramp, and a great relaxing setting. The house itself was very well set-up, great facilities & everything you need for a home away from home. We were very impressed with this holiday home and will definitely be in touch next time we go to Taupo.
