  • Property is awesome, loved the house full of character and beautifully renovated,...

    Property is awesome, loved the house full of character and beautifully renovated, with sea views from upstairs. So central and lovely to walk out of door along waterfront. Plenty of room for our two families, clean and very tidy, and everything you need including an iron! . Only thing was it was a bit tricky with parking as it was a very busy weekend. Would be great to have an allocated or resident parking space. Thanks for a great stay, would come again and recommend to anyone.

    The only reason I scored the property down slightly was the road noise. Staying there on a typically busy Wellington Saturday night meant we heard a lot of noise through the upstairs windows. There was a party going on in Waitangi Park across the street and we could very clearly hear everything they were talking about - at 2am! Otherwise, this was a lovely place to stay.

    Great location. Close to Te Papa and restaurants. A fabulous New World across the street with an incredible bakery. The house is great with old world character.
