  • This place is amazing

This place is amazing. The house itself is beautiful, like stepping back into another time and you could not ask for a better location. The house is very comfortable and our family very much enjoyed our stay and will be back. Can't recommend highly enough.

  • Lovely Victorian 2 storey wooden house in its original condition

Lovely Victorian 2 storey wooden house in its original condition. Steep stairs to bedrooms upstairs. Well appointed kitchen and living areas on ground floor. Fireplace is fabulous. Perfect location to TePapa, Newworld supermarket, the water front and the CBD. We were in this house during the 7.2 earthquake on Nov 13 2016, nothing fell off the shelves inspite of the shaking so you'll be safe here (except from the Tsunami) , the house is built to stand the test of time!

Shower pressure: 10/10 :-) Favourite room: Kitchen. Would not recommend to anyone with toddlers or elderly family members, due to staircase. For us, however it was fantastic (7 of us - aged between 10 & 51)! Handy to all the fun Wellington City happenings (so don't expect a "quiet" location either, folks). Even treated to a fireworks display from the second floor balcony on our last night. B-) Very cool.
