Great indoor/outdoor living with bi fold doors opening up onto a small deck with a flat lawn overlooking Onetangi Beach. Commanding views over the Hauraki Gulf & Coromandel Peninsula.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, new electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee plunger, toaster, and dishwasher.

Lounge:

Generous open plan seating set up in two distinct areas:includes piano, TV (with Freeview), DVD, idock, books and games.

Dining room:

Fireplace and a large table that seats 8. Sliders open to outside deckiing and lawn.

Laundry:

Fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Linen and bath towels provided.

Outdoor facilities:

Outside shower with hot water, BBQ, large outdoor dinning table and benches, sunlounges and beanbags. Off road parking for 2 cars and room for a small trailer. Golf Clubs & Kayak available for use. Please bring your own life jacket/s.

Closeby attractions:

Set high above Onetangi Beach, one of the longest beaches on Waiheke, which is great for walking, surfing, fishing, safe swimming and white sand that stretches from one side to the other.

You'll find Charley Farleys, Salt Seafood restaurants and The Beach Front Cafe along the Onetangi beachfront. Just up from the beach is a childrens playground and the only gas station in Onetangi with a liquor store and takeaway shop. The property is close to Stony Ridge Vineyard and The Hay Paddock.

Special conditions: Min 2 night bookings. Min 3 night bookings over long weekends and public holidays. Min 7 night bookings over Christmas New Year (20th December - 10th January). 1 night booking incurrs $175 surcharge to cover cleaning and linen: A 1 night on a Sunday to Thursday night, available to book anytime except during long weekends and Christmas New Year. A 1 night on a Friday or Saturday night only available to book at the earliest, during the week beforehand.

    Beautiful location and property, lovely large living area and great table for group dinners, the outside was stunning and it was simply a wonderful place to stay. Great facilities and book supply, only issue we had was no dishwasher tablets or dish washing liquid, but such a minor issue easily remedied. We would definitely stay again.
