  • Good house, happy with our choice

Good house, happy with our choice. The vacuum cleaner put a dampner things, not the best way to end the trip...lazy people need to empty it as was fully blocked down the hose and found it difficult to put it back together. Wasted a fair bit of time doing this and no instructions in the book. I'd recommend getting a vacuum with a larger dust capacity and a more user friendly way of putting it back together. Cheers

  • Great stay for our brief family weekend getaway this past winter 2016

Great stay for our brief family weekend getaway this past winter 2016. Due to the wet weekend we didn't get to spend as much time on the mountain as we liked. This chalet was well equipped for our family of 5. Cosy, clean, dry, super warm and well equiped and made us feel at home. This place was our highlight of the weekend. We will be back next year!

I was lucky enough to spend 9 weeks at Scottbase while my children attended ski school through National Park school (Winter 2016), I loved the view of the mountains in the mornings, the heatpump on timer + the pot belly meant we were warm and that ski gear could dry quickly. I found house well equiped but the shower's hot water fair when my youngest singing was involved. With many activities to do in the region + a comfortable bach on return to each day, I couldn't recommend Scottbase enough.
