Just the perfect place to get away from it all, beautiful location and Jan and Craig were so lovely. The house was ckean and warm and had everything we needec The kids ( and us) loved the farm experience and didnt want to leave
Approx 40 from ohakune. The drive off the aim highway toward Ruatiti was absolutely worth it. It's an amazing but of country not to be missed. The cottage was incredibly spacious and yet cosy. We arrived quite late (almost midnight) to a welcome message on the door, a lovely fire and the kids electric blankets on. They really went the extra mile and I'm disappointed we couldn't have stayed longer. Will definitely come back. Thank you Jan.
Fantastic cottage with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Very clean and well appointed. Warm considering the weather. Quite a drive to get there but worth it if you are keen on the remote NZ farming experience. We will return and look forward to seeing the farm when it is not so cold!
We all loved everything about the place!! The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and loved the animals (who are all super friendly!!) We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room. Perfect location for a family getaway. Jan and her family are absolutely lovely - will definitely be coming back in the near future :)
