Downstairs there are two bedrooms serviced by a bathroom and separate toilet. The games room leads to a covered paved area great for BBQs and then onto a large flat lawn which is ideal for outdoor games

Quiet location with corner store, library, bowling green. tennis courts ,playground, and pub/restaurant all within 5 km of the house

Special conditions: Families preferred Downstairs garage is not available for use. All vehicle access is to be off Lakeview Tce with off street parking for two vehicles as well as a double garage with internal access.There is to be no vehicle access to property via grass reserve at lake front

  • This was our 2nd stay in this home

    This was our 2nd stay in this home. It can’t be beat in terms of cleanliness, amenities, view and location. Even on bad weather days you can sit in front of the large windows and watch the storms roll in or kite surfers. We enjoy using the well equipped kitchen and bbq as well.

  • Ron is brilliant to deal with

    Ron is brilliant to deal with. Seamless and effortless correspondence with a turley amazing home that we had the pleasure of staying in. 20 mins from Wanaka and close to both Cardrona and Treble Cone if you're there to ski. The lake is directly accessed from the house and so still and magical. The house has all the things you need for a stay, clean, modern and cosy. Highly recommend. Thanks for allowing us to stay and for making our holiday one to remember.
