Its lower Queenstown Hill position provides guests with plenty of good options: close-to-downtown fun, or simple relaxation while taking in the views from the lake-facing balcony and open plan living-dining area.
The kitchen is modern and renovated to a very comfortable standard, while the two bathrooms are similarly clean, contemporary and spacious.
Bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. If required, a fourth room with sofa bed is accessed through one of the bedrooms for extra guests.
Indoor-outdoor living: a front-facing, curved balcony is perfectly positioned for panoramic views down Queenstown Bay, while to the rear of the apartment is a private outdoor area, with extensive decking and a gas BBQ.
Parking: taken care of with a private garage.
