This is just a lovely old bach which has been beautifully and tastefully looked after and modernised. What an incredible spot, the tracks and property are incredible, and we feel very lucky to have been able to share this spot. We found it so cold up there and were so surprised - this is not the bach which is toasty warm with the fire and heat pump - just the height of the Waitakeres. We had an amazing weekend and feel very lucky, thank you again.

    Owner/manager responds:

I hope you were warm, yes, even in April a fire and heatpump is needed. It is 1000 ft above sea level. Glad you enjoyed it. Come again!
