Fern Cottage - This lovely open plan bach was built in 2006, and has lots of quirks and charm typical of the kiwi bach.
Perfect for two with queen bed, and can cater for extras with fun kids sleeping loft accessed by ships ladder (3 mattresses) and a double sofabed.
Fern Cottage has a washing machine and outdoor clothesline, fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet access, basic Sky TV, corner bath with shower over.
Special conditions: Smoking outside. Please leave the cottage tidy & clean, or we can clean on your departure for $50. Pets must be kept under control at all times. The grounds are not fenced. Minimum stay 2 nights
