A beautiful, historic cottage in a fantastic location. Easy walk into Nelson city centre. The cottage is superbly decorated and was nice and warm during our mid-winter visit. The only problem we experienced was late on our last night when we tried to get washing dry before packing and we found that the drier was not working properly (it heated up but the clothes remained wet, indicating a possible ventilation problem) however this did not spoil our enjoyment of this lovely cottage.
