Great place and a huge amount of room, if you have kids or need time away from everyone it is easily found inside or out. Fishing out from the two little islands to the left of the beach in the morning results in a good fight with big kahawai and then followed by the Snapper.
the location is excellent - Russell area has so much to offer, the view from the property on the bay is unique and the private access to the beach makes it special. Improvements for the future would be to have Wifi available (hard for teens to be without it!) and also to add a handrail on the stairs on the first floor (tricky for grandparents) would be highly recommended.
