  • The location, view, surroundings and house were superb

The location, view, surroundings and house were superb. Truly a home away from home for my family and I. Everything in the house was clean, and organised. All you need to do is come in, and start your holiday immediately. Highly recommended, and hope to be back again very soon!!

  • With views over the Olive Groves and easy access to the Giant...

With views over the Olive Groves and easy access to the Giant Dune this property offers a unique Mangawhai experience. As a family with 3 Teens this property was perfect, whether it was Table Tennis & Pool in the morning or making Pizza & Smores in the evening...they were never bored. Boarding down the Sand Dunes is a must, still amazing to think we had it all to ourselves. Short drive to local shops, can recommend the Cheese Sticks at Mangawhai Deli. Sad we couldn't stay longer.

What's not to say about this property! The drive through the olive groves on to the property says it all. Stunning views, well equipped house with all of the bells and whistles. Fantastic location. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in the beautiful Magical Mangawhai.

  • This is a fabulous home and we had a wonderful stay

This is a fabulous home and we had a wonderful stay. The Saturday market was a treat and local restaurants were great, though you may be happy to stay home and cook in the amazing kitchen. Also worth the lovely drive to Waipu to the Pizza Barn and other gorgeous beaches. The pool table, table tennis and hot tub were all a hit. The art in the home was a treat. Highly recommended.

  • Terrific location with both estuary and sea walking distance

Terrific location with both estuary and sea walking distance. Had amazing time exploring the sand dunes that lie between. The property has so many features and we took advantage of every single one! So no matter the weather there is plenty to do. I have rented many holiday properties and have to say, this is the first that felt like a real home, a very welcoming one at that, with a nice touch of luxury - We were aged from 4 to 88 and everything in between and it suited us all :)
