Special conditions: For stays of 2 nights or less a surcharge of $100 applies. Surcharges also apply to Public Holidays/Special Events. Please enquire for longer term rates. Smoking allowed on the entertainer's deck only. Absolutely no parties or small gatherings. No groups over 8 people. Dinner/wedding parties of more than this by permission only. Low noise after 9pm - in consideration of other residents who live in the development.

  • The location was very handy to the airport, which made it a...

    The location was very handy to the airport, which made it a little noisy but also very handy to shops and town. The stairs to the apartment were quite difficult for one of our group with a disability and there was no lift. The property was quite clean but a bit 'tired' (worn carpet, a ripped curtain, a broken blind) which I was not expecting in a Penthouse of this price. Having said that the beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed in it.

    Thank you for the feedback Nicola. The (extremely) expensive curtains to the master bedroom were damaged and will be replaced shortly, along with the small blind in the kitchen. Apologies that we couldn't get these fixed before your arrival. Our apartment is huge, but we do acknowledge that there is a little bit of wear to two small areas of carpet. We have a long term plan to carry out this expensive replacement, but 99% of the carpet is fine as it is relatively new. Thank you all for staying.

  • Beautiful outlook, great facilities

    Beautiful outlook, great facilities. Great location- easy navigation to the city, and close to shops in Kilbirnie for early morning or late night emergency supply runs. Very well considered at making one feel at home - toys for the children, extra soaps and blankets etc. Lovely complimentary welcome supplies eg.milk, fruits, yogurt, etc.

  • The only downside of this beautiful appartment were the stairs

    The only downside of this beautiful appartment were the stairs. If you have people with knee or hip pain staying with you then this isn't a good choice. They apartment is stunning and the views are beautiful though.

    Thank you for the feedback. We do not state that we have a lift (we are thankfully the only apartment on the top floor) and there are only a couple of flights of stairs with good wide access and a handrail, but we will try and make this more obvious going forward.
