We loved staying at Joan's bach. Amazing views, beautiful living space, lots of little touches to make our stay special. The golf cart was such a fun way to start our stay, and very handy for the less mobile guests. We had lots of fun paddling the 2 sit on kayaks and moderatelly successful fishing off the end of the wharf. There are lots of lovely little walks nearby. I hope we get to come back some day. Thank you!
We love staying at Joan's place. This was our third visit. It's so close to Auckland but a world away. Just getting there is like an adventure, we love going on the boat and then driving the golf cart up. I love the peacefulness of the island, and Joan's place adds a touch of luxury - very comfortable and inviting.
This house is truely magic! We spend a week here with family and friends and absolutely loved it. Joan is an amazing host and made sure we had everything that we needed. The golf carts were particularly helpful for transporting luggage and food etc from the mainland. The island itself is beautiful and full of interesting walks, coves and beaches to keep you enterained. I would highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon.
