Lovely cozy clean house with a big living room and roomy 4 bedrooms. Plenty of clean linens were available, which was very helpful for a family with littlies. Kitchen had a huge collection of dishes, glasses and utensils, making cooking easy and fun. (Saturday morning farmers' market is only a few min walk down the road. ) We stayed in winter and the house was warm with a good fireplace. Sipping local wine in front of the fireplace was fantastic :)
Beautiful setting on the river, quirky and full of character- lovely and private. Well located - easy flat walk to town. Would be great in summer. Unfortunately we were there in winter and with the bare wooden floors we did feel the cold quite a bit.
Unfortunately we had to pull out at the last minute and didn't stay in this property. (Our choice, no fault of Melody's) But Melody was patient and accommodating under the circumstances and we appreciated the professionalism.
