Beautifully refurbished cottage just one street back from the lake. A large deck wraps around the lounge on 2 sides and has outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are open plan and have a lovely beach feel. There is a fire to cosy up to in winter. The master bedroom is spacious and has doors leading out onto the deck. There is ample room for a game of cricket or to park extra vehicles or a boat on the large front lawn . The lake is only stroll away. and the boat ramp is a few 100 meter down the road. Whilst there is a spa at this property it is NOT FOR TENANT USE
Taupo Airport is a 5 minute drive away and there are 3 flights per day to both Wellington and Auckland.
If your a keen golfer there are 3 courses with in a 9 km radius of the town or 21kms further out is the Jack Nicklaus course in Kinloch
For fishing enthusiasts there is the renown Waitahanui Stream or take the scenic drive down to Turangi "the trout fishing capital of the world "

Teti St was a very suitable, well presented & a lovely house to stay at, with the wide verandas & varied sitting areas ideal for that end of day Happy Hour. The property was a stone throw from the lake where we went to see the sun setting on a few evenings.
