  • Great house, close to Central Nelson and an amazing waterhole for swimming

Great house, close to Central Nelson and an amazing waterhole for swimming.Very well equipped kitchen and an amazing deck overlooking the port. The bountiful garden provided us with lots of berries and the dried fruit on arrival was delicious.Spacious living area was great for kids and driveway became an awesome scooter ramp, although it was a bit tricky to negotiate the car in and out, thankfully we don't have a huge car.All in all a lovely property, thanks for a great stay.

  • We loved our home away from home

We loved our home away from home.Very clean and tidy. Amazing views and lovely deck to enjoy dining and taking in the view. Loads of books, games and toys for kids and adults to enjoy. Totally enjoyed the organic berries we were allowed to collect. Close to town and amenities. Highly recommend this cute wee place. We will so be back!!! Thank you Kathy, Trevor and Jaydon for opening your home to us.

  • The property's living area was nice and spacious

The property's living area was nice and spacious. The bathroom was fresh and modern. The kids got to feed the chickens for the week and had fun collecting the eggs. The views from the property are lovely with the town beneath you and Tasman Bay in the distance. It is a pleasant 20 min walk into town, bit tougher coming back up the hill though. There is a great watering hole at the brook just at the bottom of the hill. Only gripe – the two single beds needed sprung mattresses not foam.
