Harbour View is elevated with a stunning bright CONSERVATORY/SUNROOM. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the yachts on the harbour. SEA VIEWS from the lounge, kitchen, dining room, conservatory and 3 bedrooms.

The decor is fresh and contemporary. The leather furniture gives a feeling of understated elegance and luxury. The HOME THEATRE system and 42" PLASMA TV makes for relaxing evenings if you just don't feel like going outside. The log fire creates warm, cosy winter evenings. The heat pump keeps the whole house toasty warm.

The NEW KITCHEN is immaculate. Well equipped with halogen hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

Cars can be parked under the carport and private driveway in front of the house. Easy level access.

There is a sunny deck area with lots of native trees and plants surrounding the house gives a lovely lush relaxing environment. Native birds such as Tuis love to visit.

Special conditions: Dogs are considered. Owners must assure that dog is house trained and are responsible for damages and excess wear. A $300 bond is required.     The house was lovely and warm, kitchen well stocked and Kim the cleaner was helpful and kind. However the windows were dirty and mouldy so we couldn't see the lovely view, the section is very non-child friendly and overall I felt the property to be overpriced.

    The windows had been lightly coated by salt spray from a recent storm which also blew some pollen in from adjoining fruit trees. The window cleaners next visit sorted all that out. It's a downside of being next to the sea. The section is on a sloping hillside - many children have happily (and safely) stayed at Harbour View over several years of holiday letting.

  • Lovely views

    Lovely views. The heat pumps are large and effective. One bathroom, but 2 toilets. I liked that there was a good washing machine and drier. I would advise anyone arriving after dark to bring a torch as the small key box took us a while to find.. however, all Graham's instructions were very clear. Bring milk, this is a very well stocked kitchen as far as crockery, cutlery and implements go ( and is very clean),but not a hotel. A very comfortable living area too.

    We've added some solar lights near the keybox area and a torch at the front door. Thankfully, most guests have a phone with inbuilt torch these days.

  • A great base for our group of 8 for 5 days, close...

    A great base for our group of 8 for 5 days, close to the Stadium (Welsh Test) and main roads around the city.Well set up and heat pump kept us warm and cosy. Parked our van at the top of the drive and it was very easy to walk up and down. Large living area very suitable for us all to sit around in the evenings. Hope to stay here again.
