Bedroom 2 has a Queen with a wardrobe and direct access to the main bathroom with shower over bath.
Bedroom 3 has a King or 2 King singles if you choose to unzip them as well as a wardrobe and ensuite.
Electric blankets and oil column heaters in all 3 bedrooms. There are some stairs to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms from the main living area.
Special conditions: Please note: A one night booking on a weekend or statutory holiday may incur a $20 surcharge. Same day booking requests must be received prior to 4pm. Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service. Please enquire about the cost of this service. Proximity to town and pools etc was very convenient. Very nice modern house with three bathrooms and bedrooms on different levels gave great privacy, and the house included a large lounge area inside and eating area outside with barbeque. Would highly recommend.
