Had all that was necessary but was dusty and was riddled with seriously dodgy repairs and unfinished building work. The chimney was completely blocked up with soot, causing smoke throughout the house. We spent over an hour getting soot out of it b4 we could safely use it. The ceiling in the downstairs bedroom has evidence of water damage. Generally in a very poor state of repair for a property that cost us $325 per night to stay in. Definitely NOT recommended.
Awesome sized spa pool. (Needed a clean/ water change) Had a few wasps inside the house (possibly the fire wood) House is warm and homely and the cabin is really cool. Was a bit dirty and rough around the edges but it's a Bach and it does what it does for us perfectly. Would happily stay again the house is close to all that's needed in ohakune. Great drying cupboard also which is a must for the ski gear.
