When you open the door to your apartment you'll find open plan kitchen, stunning dining setting, black leather lounge areas with large 55" 4K curved screen Smart TV with Netflix, Lightbox and Blue-Ray Player, telescope, tiled balconies and wonderful views. A powder room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer are also provided on this level. Upstairs you'll find an office nook with desk and pad, the three double bedrooms: Master with Super King bed and ensuite bathroom, Second bedroom with Super King bed, Third bedroom with Twin Single beds (these can be joined to make a King bed by request) and the main bathroom with spa bath and shower.
If you are a foodie you'll enjoy putting the kitchen and BBQ to good use or the convenience of immediate access to some of the region's best eateries - the Boatshed, Relish, Harbour Light, The Boathouse... The City Centre and the beautiful Tahunanui Beach are both within walking distance, it's just 10 minutes drive from the airport and on one of the city's main bus routes. Stop off for a great coffee at Sublime on your way to the City or a beer at one of the beachside bars!

This property overlooks the wharf, and for us, that made it interesting, as there was always something going on. Double glazing softens any noise at night.We thought the location was great. Fab fish n chips straight across the road and The Boatshed and Nahm within walking distance. We had an easy bike into the town centre and to biking pathways. Recycling bins would have been great and we all found the pillows too firm and high. Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
