When you open the door to your apartment you'll find open plan kitchen, stunning dining setting, black leather lounge areas with large flat screen TV & Blue Ray Player, telescope, tiled balconies & wonderful views. A powder room & laundry room with washing machine & dryer are also provided on this level. Upstairs you'll find an office nook with desk & pad, the three double bedrooms: Master with Super King bed & ensuite bathroom, Second bedroom with Super King bed, Third bedroom with Twin Single beds & the main bathroom with spa bath & shower.

If you are a foody you'll enjoy putting the kitchen & BBQ to good use or the convenience of immediate access to some of the regions best eateries - the Boatshed, Relish, Harbour Light, The Boathouse... The City Centre & the beautiful Tahunanui Beach are both within walking distance, its just 10 minutes drive from the airport and on one of the city's main bus routes. Stop off for a great coffee at Sublime on your way to the City or a beer at 623 on your way back from the beach...

Special conditions: Strictly no parties, no venue, no outside guests. Smoking not permitted within the building. No pets. Bond required. Payment by credit card or bank transfer. A $16 booking fee is payable with each stay. A minimum 3 night stay is required before the Last Minute discount can apply. This is a residential building. The building's tenancy agreement will apply.     Lovely property, newly renovated and in great location. Helpful people and information available to make stay more pleasant. Only recommendation would be to have Sky TV available. Great option for two couples enjoying quality accommodation while supporting children at sports tournament.

    A marvelous place with great views and a fabulous location. I would highly recommend the Waterfront Penthouse. Great also dealing with the owners they were always happy to help and responded quickly to any queries. A thumbs up!
