Aroha Homestead is shared with the owners, John & Galina.
It is set on a large property of lovely picturesque gardens providing guests with many options for a short or long stay, whether it's B&B or Homestay accommodation.
A short walk through the wetlands takes you into Te Aroha village which offer great cafes, antique shops & organic food shop and of course the bike/walk tracks up Mt Te Aroha with a soak in the soothing mineral hotpools after your excursions. Historic Creations gallery in the village is also a must to see & experience.
Te Aroha is in the center and close to many other rural towns in NZ worth visiting.
There are 3 bedrooms (2x doubles, 1 room with ensuite & 1 room with 3xsingle beds - ideal for small groups). Guests have the use of their own lounge room which has a large screen TV, Sky TV, DVD, fridge, tea/coffee. The kitchen is shared with John and Galina. There is plenty of off-street parking available.
At the back of the property there are grassed areas which are flat and a large maple tree & fruit trees to offer shade.
HOMESTAY Option : Double - $125 Single - $75. Chn $25 each.
Continental breakfast is by request and is an extra charge of $25.
Special conditions: The owners live on-site and the house is shared with them. Smoking allowed outside only. Pets allowed with prior approval.
