Cottage | Kohimarama | #20136
Awake to the sound of the resident Tuis, New Zealand's iconic native birds.
Delightful semi-detached cottage in a bush setting. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate WC, and covered parking. The dining area opens onto a sunny deck that overlooks native bush.
The house has been tastefully decorated with beautiful antique furniture. The floors are polished wood with Turkish rugs scattered throughout. There is a woodburning fireplace in the lounge. The kitchen has a microwave, oven and fridge. All linen is supplied and included in the rental.
Tue Ridge Cottage is secluded but close to the waterfront communities of St Heliers, Kohimarama, and Mission Bay. Kohimarama beach is a four minute drive away or a 15 minute walk. There is a large supermarket in a shopping mall two minutes drive away. Major bus routes pass nearby.
The waterfront area ranks with the finest in the world, and is safe for swimming, kayaking, boating and windsurfing. There are cafes, restaurants, shops and a cinema all close at hand.
We look forward to providing you with a cosy home away from home, making your stay in Auckland extra special.

Tui Ridge Cottage offers luxury living with elegant furnishings and a quiet leafy outlook. A cluster of shops with a wonderful bakery and several restaurants is just a 2-minute walk away, and the beach was close enough for my children and I to walk to. We had a fabulous time wandering the shoreline, exploring the cafes and then heading "home" to relax at Tui Ridge Cottage. We were very sad to leave what soon became our home away from home.
