Beautifully presented, fantastic and private position overlooking Akaroa harbour. The beds were very comfortable and the lounge area homely and wonderfully furnished. Everything you need is on hand - even dressing gowns! Lovely large deck, with BBQ, with great views. Overall, we could have stayed much longer than our weekend break. We will definitely be back. Tracey was very easy to deal with, and made sure the booking went through smoothly.
The house is very spacious and has many of the things that a family would require for a stay however the heating of rooms was insufficient with one heat pump trying to warm a large area and that left the bedrooms very cold throughout the day and night. It was a little disappointing to have to make our own beds when we had paid additional fees for linen and cleaning. Total lack of broadband access was also a concern for us, especially as the weather meant we were inside most of the time.
Hi just to let you know the linen fees is just for the hireage option only unless stated. For the future when looking for properties please select the home facilities and extras that the home may or may not have . This property does not have broadband. I am sorry this home usually does have a fire place, but is out of order due to a new part on back order.
