  • We loved our stay at Nightingale Falls

We loved our stay at Nightingale Falls. The setting is beautiful. The meal prepared for us was wonderful. The farm tour was great fun and getting to go on the hike to see Nightingale Falls was perfect. We loved learning about the Manuka honey. I would definitely recommend a stay at their farm.

The location is unique - high in the hills, with pockets of bush above and below, 100's of beehives in some areas, horses, cows, dogs and native birds all around. It is well "off the beaten track" but SO worth the journey!

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, nothing was too much trouble. The Martin family are truly wonderful hosts, and we felt welcome at all times. So much to do on the farm, even when the weather was less than great, the kids had a ball - including playing with our hosts' children and their very friendly dogs. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.
