Absolutely loved staying here. V spacious for the price. The double bed was comfy and the wood burning fireplace was lovely and kept the house nice and warm (especially nice that the host lit it for us before we arrived!). Useful to have a washing machine and lots of space outside for drying clothes. We used the kitchen to cook dinner each night and liked it. Highly recommend staying here, brilliant value for money and a great base for mountain walks and outdoor pursuits. Great host too, thanks!
Lovely stay in Turangi once again. It was very pleasant to arrive and see snow on the mountain behind the bach. This bach has everything that is needed for a weekend away esp on a budget.beds, kitchen, amazing fireplace and bathroom. Will hopefully be staying again next year. thanks for being part of our 2014 family snow trip :)
A little gem. I only need a place for 3-4 people and this is just the right size. Turangi is one of my favourite places in any case, so I'll definitely be back. It has a lived-in feel, with most of the utensils and dishes you needs, books, etc. (One small thing: please add a can-opener. I had to resort to hammer and screw-driver!)
