This 2 bedroom, single level family home has been recently refurbished with all the mod cons you would expect in an executive home. A tranquil bush setting with established landscaped grounds offers total privacy and yet so close to the main village of Oneroa where the majority of Waiheke’s restaurants, shops and amentities are situated. A mere 5 minute walk to bus stop, little Oneroa and Blackpool beaches. The quickest access to Little Oneroa beach is via public steps 100 metres up a no exit laneway from property, alternatively you can take the scenic route down Tawa Street. It is a 10 minute walk to Big Oneroa beach and Oneroa Village with a short 5 minute drive to the Fullers passenger ferry.

A perfect home for young and old. Child friendly with barrier gates to outdoors and enclosed northfacing deck for your peace of mind. Portacot, high chair and selection of books and toys upon request. Wheelchair friendly with open plan living, extra wide doorways and generous fully tiled open access shower and toilet.
