Location to Kerikeri was good as it was far enough out of the town to be peaceful and the overall presentation of the property was pretty good. My group only used the house for a place to sleep and have breakfast so we can't complain. A few downsides which I think can be easily rectified with a few hundred dollars spent. Kitchen utensils mainly knives were blunt. Some tapware could do with servicing. BBQ is a fire hazard, needs a good clean!
