We had a wonderful stay at Rototaha Lodge. It was isolated enough that we felt that we were away from it all - but close enough to Rotorua for day trips. We didn't turn on a computer or watch the TV for 4 nights - the birdsong and each other were company enough. We would highly recommend this property for anyone needing to recharge their batteries (we loved that we could bring the family dog too).
What a magical place! Beautiful views, lake with kayaks, forest, birds singing, so fresh ear in the morning – such a piece of paradise! We had one of the best holidays ever. The house was very cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The outside fire place late evening was such fun! Eggs, milk and handmade sweets were very nice, thank you Mandy! It was so nice to meet such wonderful people like you and your husband Hugh. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We will definitely come back!
