Loved the deck and views and location - we walked everywhere around town. However rooms were small and over filled with furniture, shower was so small my husband struggled and we did not like the brown coloured water we had to shower in. Also a huge piece of wood that was propped against the back door fell onto my step daughters ankle and almost broke it, took a big gash out of her leg.
The view from the property is stunning -- over the Tutukaka marina so there is always something going on. The house was warm and comfortable. There is a huge deck that catches the sun all day and is set up with an outdoor dining table for alfresco lunches. The property met our needs perfectly.
