Brand to Tata beach. Great views to the sea and a short walk to the beach. This house has just been completed and the owner has taken exceptional time to locate the building for sun and aspect. Well in the view scape but out of the predomanant winds.

This home is compact but exceptional. High ceilings lined in moranti with double glazed green tinted glass make this house warm and inviting. The two double bedrooms both lead too small super functional bunk room, designed for childeren. The bathroom is new and functional with a seperate toilet from the laundry not placing too much pressure on facitiies. The kitchen is well appointed with all modern features including that all important dishwasher. The section is completly flat all around and is bounded by a head high hedge. The rear of the section houses an outdoor toilet, outdoor plug and rear light making pitching a tent on the lawn very easy. A negotiated tarrif is avaliable for extended maximum people if the tenting options is required for that extra family.

    Nice property, nice location, only one small comment, cooktop difficult to work out how to use elements and perhaps it should be mentioned to bring your own linen, towel, tea towels, lucky I did but others may not think too.
