This is a perfect location, with only 2 minutes walk to the beach or go 2 minutes in the opposite direction and you have shops, cafes and the pub. A fraction further and you will find the estuary, Anzac Bay and the beautiful surrounding reserve with the Athenree hot springs only 7 minutes away.

This property features open plan living with mezzanine bedrooms; a good kitchen and fresh feeling rooms. Don't forget the sunny north facing deck and a large basement with ample space to park the car or make a kids play room. The yard is fenced and can accommodate a boat and helps keep your family pet from wandering off. We've left a few of our DVD's there (not a huge selection!) and also provided plenty of rainy day games for the kids.

It's a pleasant and relaxing setting for the perfect holiday.

    Located adjoining a public walkway and an engineering workshop keeping extended and weekend hours. Handy to shops. We were concerned about the fire risk even though there was a smoke detector fitted as the only exit was second story and past the kitchen and the electrics and down steep stairs slippery when wet--mentioned this to owner with an aggressive reply. The yard had a high water table with rain very slow to drain away.Not suitable at all for kids. Shared drive with little room for parking

    Feedback from our many guests that have loved our home speaks for itself. Your response, despite its inaccuracies, was to be expected. The beach access as highlighted in our blurb has been a popular feature & our considerate neighbour who lives next door is an auto electrician who looks out for our community. There are two exits on the main level & parking is not intended for crowds. As for the water table, it is winter & the area has recently suffered a cyclone.
