Cottage | Matakana | #22936
Relax by the wood burner, walk down the garden path to the Glen Eden river and admire the Tui, Kereru & Fantail in the established trees.
Located just beside our historic school house, it is private & super comfortable with quirky decor and artwork throughout. There is a rustic outdoor bath to relax in under the stars & garden views from every room.
Just around the corner you'll find Charlies Gelato garden, the Matakana markets & superb cinema, The pub (a must visit), Ascension Wine Estate and much more.
Minutes from Omaha beach, Tawharanui and Goat Island marine reserve. Perfect retreat from the city with private access to the river and use of our kayaks. We also have a divine vintage & homewares shop on-site. We also provide a selection or tea/coffee/milk/cereal and toast.
Come and rejuvenate at a little corner of paradise.

It is a bit like having a home away from home. A small cottage with room to move around and put your feet up, you feel at ease and comfortable staying here. All this in small farm holding surrounds and so close to everything on the Hibiscus and Matakana Coastline
