Walk-in level: enter and be welcomed into Edinburgh Drive’s open plan living dining area. The upstairs mezzanine (twin bedroom) lends a cathedral ceiling and flood of natural light to the living area. A contemporary, stainless kitchen with blonde-wood finish completes the scene.
The middle level features a double bedroom, the main bathroom and utility room (laundry). Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is nestled on the basement level.
Outside: Edinburgh Drive enjoys two balconies, one off the living area, the second off the mezzanine bedroom.
Location: the apartment’s hillside position means it’s a downhill, 20 minute walk to downtown or short cab ride (or brisk uphill walk depending on your activity levels!) home. Plenty of off-street parking for those with a vehicle.
