The stairs going down to the laundry are very dangerous I myself fell and sprained both ankles and a broken toe and twisted knee due to elusion tiles on last step. I spoke to a tiler who said they try not to tile like this as it can look like an elusion where the bottom step blends into the tiled floor which causes accidents. This also was a hazard going up the stairs... same problem. The window in sleep out leaks when raining hard. The actual property is beautiful and the location is fantastic.
Thank you your feedback. Very sorry that you had a fall on the stairs. I myself have mistaken the bottom step as the ground floor about 2 years ago and is why l installed a anti slip strip with an glow in the dark strip inbuilt. Have also had stair lighting install when did upgrade some years back and didn't have a repeat of the problem. I will look into carpeting the bottom stair to see if this may helps. The louvre window are not water proof in high winds and rainstorms as experienced.
