Although you do need to walk up a hill from the centre of town to reach the house, it is still an easy and convenient distance (we had a baby and toddler and coped fine doing the hill, although the toddler refused to walk it :-) ). The house has a really quirky design and features but has everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus is excellent value for money.
Overall okay.A number of thins broke while we were there - door handle fell off, couch leg buckled, wall heater came off wall - seemed a bit run down and in need of maintenance. Location was okay but we had young children and walk into town wasn’t doable with a toddler as a touch too far/steep. Neighbourhood a bit rough, no views. Loved how they came in and turned on heat pumps etc so was warm when we got there, linen was beautiful quality and lady in charge of property locally was exceptional.
