Featured in NZ House & Garden Magazine in 2014, the Studio is a luxurious, cosy, self-contained one-bedroom apartment with its own entrance. We have nightly rates but also welcome enquiries regarding discounted rates for longer stays.
The Studio is situated in an elegant turn-of-the-century house that was extensively refurbished in 2013 to provide a fresh and modern feel. The Studio offers stunning views over the harbour and the Westpac Stadium to the CBD and hills above Oriental Parade.
The Studio has a queen sized bed in the bedroom, separate bathroom with rain head shower, kitchenette and living area. The living area has views over the harbour and the Westpac stadium to the CBD and hills above Oriental Parade. The bedroom is nestled at the back of the property, with French doors opening out to a private patio area. Sumptuous linen and quality towels are provided.
The Studio is non-smoking and could accommodate a baby or small child in addition to two adults. Shared laundry facilities are available on site, as is a large outdoor courtyard with expansive views over the city, fenced children's play area and trampoline.
Superbly located with a bus stop at the door, the CBD is a mere fifteen minute walk away. Off-street car parking is available for guests and we are a short drive from the Airport (15 mins), South Island Ferry Terminals (5 minutes) and Northbound State Highways (5 minutes).
The Studio is walking distance to a number of local tourist attractions including the CBD for shopping, Westpac Stadium, Botanical Gardens, Queens Wharf and Waterfront, Te Papa, Cable Car, Parliament Buildings, Old St Paul's Cathedral, Katherine Mansfield Birthplace and Civic Square.
Special conditions: The Studio is non-smoking both inside and out. Cleaning at the end of your stay, or once per week if stay is >7 nights, included in the standard rate. Longer stay rates (>14 nights) are available on request. A 3.5% credit card fee is payable on credit card payments. Payment can be made directly into our bank account without incurring a fee. No parties. Strict adherence required to maximum allowable occupants. Owners reserve the right to swap guests to alternative suite within property.

Amazing property with fantastic views. Perfect location to reach many of wellingtons attractions and bus stop across the street to get everywhere else. Very clean and clearly very much loved and cared for property. Will definitely stay here again on my next travels to Wellington.
The property is on the side of a steep hill so pleased not to have too much luggage to carry up the hill. Catherine has equipped the studio very tastefully and there were lovely supplies for us. Bedroom and bathroom are delightful. In the blurb re the property it mentioned a private outside court area but this was not so. There is an outside space but no chairs to sit on. We found the seating in the lounge area rather uncomfortable. However it was still a great stay!

The outside area usually has seating (it had temporarily been removed whilst we upgraded this area) and I apologise that it wasn't there for you. We would have brought it down for you had to mentioned something during your stay. We're glad, however, that your stay was enjoyable.
