This apartment was our "best buy" on a 2-month stay in Australia and NZ! Lovely, quiet apartment w/ a territorial view about 1 mile (uphill) from downtown/CBD of Dunedin. The living/dining room has beautiful light and the whole apartment is furnished very comfortably. We had a car and found it very easy to pop downtown for dinner (buses are easily accessed also, if walking isn't desired). (Late review, stayed Feb 2017)
The location was very handy to local shops, takeaways and restaurants. Quiet in a cul-de-sac. Good views across the valley and only a stone throw from The Octagen. We were welcomed into a warm apartment and shown around by Allison. The decour was very comfortable, good quality and up to the minute. We very much enjoyed being there. We would be happy to go there again. P.S. The Blue Cod from the local fish and chip shop was tops too!
