Bach is nice but extremely steep access to the property. Basic kitchen. Very poor instructions on using the bach facilities which made the stay disappointing eg no instructions for water pump or hot water. Things were not where the info manual said they would be.
Our office is open from 8:30 to 5:30, we leave a 24 hour emergency number for guests in residence and encourage guests to ring if we can be of assistance. The guest did not contact us once during the stay but rang several days after departure to mention they were confused regarding water pump instructions and that the iron was not in the location noted in the property compendium. Nothing else mentioned. We try to be as clear as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.
Fabulous location, only steps away from Onetangi Beach. A pleasant, comfortable place to stay with beautiful views over the Bay. The kitchen facilities are fairly basic however and we couldn't access the laundry as the key had been broken off in the lock. It would benefit from an instruction booklet as we also couldn't get the TV/freeview to work or find a switch to turn outside sensor lights on - which would have made arriving in the dark a little easier.
