Open plan living connects the three bed-rooms to the kitchen and two distinct lounge areas. In one, sofas and a wood burner (for winter, wood not provided). In the second, a full dining room table and surround wall-cushion seating.
On a large section with grass at front and back. Plenty of parking for cars and boats, and room for sports. Fenced back section ideal for younger kids.
The property is one of the last houses before Bowentown Reserve, the long park at the centre of Waihi Beach. This makes the area one of the quietest parts of the beach, with just seagulls for company if you walk south along the sand.
A large dairy is located at the other end of Broadway Road, 3-4 minutes' drive. Waihi Beach shops are a further five minutes' drive.

Great to be so close to the beach, and lookout over the sea from the deck. Very quiet location, and kept us all fit biking and walking in and out of the shopping area. It's an original kiwi Bach. Lovely relaxed feel. We would book again.
