Oneroa Bay is an immaculately presented standalone townhouse in the heart of Oneroa overlooking the beach. Stroll down the 50m private path from your garden to the white sands of Oneroa Beach.

This immaculately presented designer home sits over two levels with huge views over Oneroa Bay to the Hauraki Gulf. The house has three bedrooms, two large living spaces and two and half bathrooms.

On the top floor is the designer kitchen, complete with top quality appliances. In the lounge you’ll find the full complement of big screen LCD SKY TV/DVD - and a gas fire for the winter nights. The open plan areas open onto a deck with barbecue, outdoor furniture and perfect for relaxation and casual dining. There are full laundry facilities and a guest restroom.

The master bedroom is also on the top level with huge king bed with en-suite and a generous walk-in wardrobe.

The ground floor has it’s own lounge and kitchenette, plus bathroom (bath and shower) and the further two bedrooms. This downstairs lounge opens out to a second outside area complete with furniture and a great view, as well as private access through the gated entrance. There is also an outdoor shower on the side of the house and full laundry facilities.

A prime property in a prime location, close to the bars & restaurants in Oneroa Village. With all day sun and convenient living this is the perfect Waiheke Island getaway.

Each stay incurs a $200 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy

Minimum stay:

• 7 nights from mid December to mid January

• 4 nights over Easter

• 3 nights all holiday weekends

• 2 nights at all other times

Special conditions: The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Families and small groups preferred.

  • Gorgeous relaxing views and cosmetic design

    Gorgeous relaxing views and cosmetic design. Layout is great, private, well supplied amenities, appreciated local gift. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Great choice of space to spread out. Handy (but overgrown) trail to the beach (finnicky codes). Location is both amazing for access to all things Oneroa and beach, and sucky for the bar noise most nights and associated noises/half hourly glass dumping. Drive way very limited, too steep angles scraped under car, couldn't use, usedpublic park.

  • The accommodation is situated directly behind a number of Oneroa bars &...

    The accommodation is situated directly behind a number of Oneroa bars & restaurants which had live music until 1:30am which when you have 3 young kids is not ideal. Further, the lower level of the house was very damp and had a strong mildew odour - again, not ideal for 3 young children. Based on these two things I wouldn't recommended the accommodation.

    I booked this amazing home as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. It was absolutely stunning! The view is outstanding, the location to the Oneroa village and beach is second to none. Very spoilt indeed! Had the most wonderful stay, just wished it was for longer.

    Lovely modern apartment and had a gorgeous view of Oneroa Bay. Very spacious living area. A bit noisy at night with several eateries just across the road. Steep drive down to the off street car park and one of the bedroom has the water pump, so not very ideal for anyone sleeping in that room. Otherwise, we had a great time at the property and very handy to Oneroa village and the beach.
