A lovely warm and sunny bungalow in an excellent location – quiet but central to everything. A great place to relax and unwind either inside in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area or outside on the large spacious deck. The section is fully fenced and mature trees make it private and peaceful. The Master bedroom is large and gets all day sun.

There are plenty of board games, puzzles and books to enjoy during your stay.

Mt Maunganui features many local attractions and activities and is a popular destination for cruise ships during the summer months. Walk up or around the Mount (Mauao) itself for stunning views, soak in the hot salt water pools, enjoy a huge choice of restaurants and cafes, walk or cycle on purpose built tracks, plenty of water activities such as fishing, diving, kayaking, sailing, surfing, jetski hire and boat cruises, shopping & markets, leisure activities such as mini putt, golf, cinemas, Baywave pool and Bay Park Stadium.

Only a 10 min drive to downtown Tauranga.

Great family accommodation. Dogs may be permitted by negotiation.

Strictly no teenagers/party goers (Family & friends live opposite the house to keep an eye on this).

Price discounts for long stays is negotiable. Minimum two weeks stay booking requirement.

Linen/towels will be provided on request for fortnightly bookings or longer. It is your responsibility to wash these as required during your stay as house is not serviced.

No use of garage as locked up with owner's belongings.

Special conditions: A cleaning bond is required of $100 and will be fully refunded once property has been inspected after departure. Families & professional or retired couples preferred. Garage not available for guests use. Guests are responsible for removing their own rubbish and recycling from the premises. Guests are responsible for payment of any property damage they may cause whilst staying at the house. Our family/friends live opposite for any issues arising with house maintenance issues if required.

    As a group of 5 adults we found the house perfect for our needs. It was clean and fully equipped as well as being comfortable and homely. Only a 2 min walk to the beach and central to all the Mount has to offer made it a perfect location. Will recommend it to our friends.

    The property was clean, tidy and comfortable - certainly wasn't first class top of the line but we prefer that anyway, it wasn't "sterile" in its feeling of comfort. The location was handy - not beach front but very close and close to shops also. I have said four stars not five only because I think others would assume five stars means beach front and house that you'd be too scared to let your children move in!

    Highly recommend this property for a holiday where you don't need to use your car. Park and walk to the beach, to the shops, movie theater and restaurants and up the mountain. Accommodation was great, loads of space indoor and out. Very pleasant surroundings, quiet and private. Perfect.

    Fantastic house! Just loved it. Was really homely and had absolutely everything you need. Awesome location, close to shops, 2mins walk to the beach, great deck and BBQ area. Highly recommended - wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Mount now. Thanks so much
