With high pitched ceilings, cedar panelling and expanses of glass, this contemporary beach house captures and soaks up the sun, providing light and warmth, as well as the perfect place for relaxation.
Large glass sliders open the kitchen onto the north facing, paved garden proving seamless indoor and outdoor flow. The kitchen is modern and well equipped,including a Nespresso Coffee Machine (BYO pods), and has a large granite island bench which provides the ideal spot for getting together at the end of a busy day with family and friends.
With two comfortable lounges, equipped with wood burners for cooler weather, there is plenty of space to get together to socialise or find a quiet spot to read a book.
There are three bedrooms upstairs:King bedroom with ensuite, Queen bedroom and another King bed with a bunk set (sleeps four). There is an additional family bathroom upstairs as well as third bathroom downstairs and a hot outside shower, for rinsing off after a surf or swim.
The large garage is well equipped with sports gear such as golf club, 2 x tennis racquets,2 x bikes,2 x scooters, 2 x boogie boards and a table tennis table.
With the tennis courts and playground on its doorstep, it is the perfect location for families and kids. As the property is fully-fenced, it is child and pet-friendly.
Architecturally designed by Andre De Graaf, this contemporary home has well-designed spaces that work perfectly as a weekend or holiday getaway for one or two families.
Omaha has a beautiful white sand beach and surfing, paddle boarding, water skiing are popular activities. The estuary has a boat ramp. The surrounding area offers visitors a great number of activities to try such as golf, bowling, tennis, walking and cycling. Matakana has great wineries to visit and Saturday markets are a must, in addition to superb restaurants and cafes, a cinema complex and great shopping.
Special conditions: Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 11am (to allow for cleaning and servicing). We are open to accommodating your preferences so if you would prefer different arrival and departure times, please contact us. Pets allowed, but only with prior approval. Absolutely no Party's are allowed on the property. No tents to be erected. Smoking outside only thanks. Cleaning is required every 7 days on longer bookings.

Awesome house, Beautifully appointed, Great Location next to the tennis courts, playground and walkway to the beach. The wood fire was great, Bikes were a bonus, no roads to cross so safe for the children to explore. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again.
