  • Great kiwi bach

Great kiwi bach. We loved the secluded location and easy access / parking. The bach was clean, cosy (with the fire / heaters), spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It made a great base for mountain biking, walking and swimming adventures.

The Bach is located in the bush, so there were many Tui's nearby. we couldn't find a washing machine which would be handy during a longer stay.

We really liked the bach other than the fact I wasn't very clean. This included the bedding which wasn't very pleasant. Also the gas bottle for the BBQ was empty which if we had of been told we would of brought our own. Overall a little disappointed as we had my mother with us from overseas for her first visit. I would not rate this stay as value for money and would not book again.

    Owner/manager responds:

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. We do mention on the website that we don't supply gas for the bbq and that you are to supply your own bottle, and also to bring your own linen. Check in time is usually 4pm as stated on the booking statement.
