A good sized property for a couple of families to enjoy together. The house is situated on a private, well maintained section with plenty of parking space. Living areas are upstairs to maximize the fantastic views. Two of the bedrooms open out onto a large balcony collecting all day sun. A few amenities were lacking, along with several maintenance issues (feedback provided to property manager), once addressed, this property could be a real gem, set in a delightful secluded bay.
Lovely house, heaps of room and was terrific to be able to sit in the conservatory to enjoy the view of the harbor with the winter sun streaming in. Two little problems for someone to sort; lot of light bulbs blown, esp downstairs, and tomahawk for kindling is about to lose its head. Thanks.
