A comfortable villa close to the City and motorways. There was abundant bird-life in the garden, including tui and kaka. The fire does need to be on to warm the house. Do not park outside the neighbouring property at 70 Cecil Road, as they will leave you a polite note. Park above the garage at 70 Cecil Road.
Very nice house with stunning views. Large rooms, all very comfortable. Cute fire place that warms up the lounge nicely. Well equiped kitchen. Beautiful deck. We had a little trouble parking (no parking space so we parked on the curb of the road) and a little toilet clog problem that was resolved very quickly. We recommend.
