    Can't beat the location for a townhouse in Auckland. Quiet neighbourhood. Lots of great food and stores on Ponsonby less than a mile (<1.5km) away. Has a garage for your car.

    The property was in a very quite residential location within easy walking distance to a very well stocked supermarket (approximately 5 minutes away) and buses to the city. A street popular for dining out, both for breakfast and evening meals, was about a 10 minute walk away. The property is a two storey residence containing all facilities needed to make for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
