Good value. It's basic and in a shady spot without much of an outlook, but it's clean, comfortable, tidily presented with everything you need: good bedding, heaters, towels, and kitchen things and is close to town. We mostly appreciated the very reasonable price for a family. Yes the shower is a bit temperamental and low pressure, but perfectly adequate if no other taps used, and we got 2 Degrees mobile access no worries.
